GENERAL DENTIST & FOUNDER

Dr. Marbea Dazo has proudly served the Cerritos community for more than 20 years, providing comprehensive dental care with a gentle, patient-first approach. She earned her dental degree from the University of Baguio College of Dentistry in the Philippines and continued her advanced education in cosmetic dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC).

Dr. Dazo has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, including aesthetic crowns and smile-enhancing treatments. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care.

Beyond the practice, Dr. Dazo is dedicated to serving others through community outreach, including teaching children in the ABC Unified School District about oral health. She has also participated in dental mission trips and proudly supports Doctors Without Borders and missionaries serving communities around the world.

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Dazo enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and making memories with her beloved French bulldog, Alex, the office mascot.

Dr. Dazo is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the National Association of Filipino Dentists in America.

GENERAL DENTIST

Dr. Melissa Rodas earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the USC Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2009. Since then, she has built a career dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate dental care that helps patients achieve healthier smiles and greater confidence.

As a dentist of Latin heritage, Dr. Rodas values the opportunity to connect with the diverse families she serves. One of the reasons she chose dentistry was to make a positive difference in people's lives, and she believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Since joining Dental Care of Cerritos in 2016, she has had the privilege of caring for many patients over the years—watching children grow into young adults and seeing firsthand how a welcoming, positive dental experience can have a lasting impact on their lives.

Throughout her career, Dr. Rodas has practiced in a variety of dental settings, including pediatric practices, Medi-Cal offices, PPO private practices, nursing facilities, and mobile dentistry. These experiences have allowed her to treat patients from many different backgrounds and with a wide range of dental needs. Despite those experiences, Dental Care of Cerritos has become her professional home because of the practice's commitment to honest, ethical, high-quality dentistry and its genuine focus on putting patients first.

Outside the office, Dr. Rodas enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Whether she's with family or caring for patients, she strives to create meaningful relationships built on kindness, trust, and compassion.

Dr. Nguyen joined Dental Care of Cerritos in 2020 and brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to general dentistry. She is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy smiles through preventive care, clear education, and personalized treatment.

Known for her gentle manner and attention to detail, Dr. Nguyen takes the time to listen, answer questions, and help each patient feel comfortable and confident in their care.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Christina is a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant who has been part of the Dental Care of Cerritos family since 2001. After gaining additional experience elsewhere, she happily returned to the practice in 2023, bringing with her even more knowledge, confidence, and dedication to exceptional patient care.

Known for her dependable nature, gentle approach, and attention to detail, Christina is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit. She works closely with the doctors to ensure every appointment runs smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for patients of all ages.

Outside the office, Christina treasures spending time with her husband and daughter. Whether making memories with her family or caring for patients, she brings the same warmth, compassion, and commitment to everything she does.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Hebelyn has been a cherished member of the Dental Care of Cerritos family since 2010. She first joined the practice as a dental assisting intern and, through her dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence, has grown into an experienced and trusted Dental Assistant.

Known for her warm smile and gentle nature, Hebelyn has a special way of helping patients feel relaxed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether she's assisting during treatment or offering reassurance to a nervous patient, she is committed to creating a positive, comfortable experience for everyone she meets.

Over the years, Hebelyn has grown alongside the practice, building lasting relationships with patients and teammates while continuing to develop her skills and knowledge. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and is the proud mother of a daughter and a son, embracing the same compassion and dedication at home that she brings to her work each day.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Arianna has been a valued member of the Dental Care of Cerritos team since 2020. As a Registered Dental Assistant, she combines clinical expertise with a warm, compassionate approach to help every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Known for her friendly smile and positive attitude, Arianna enjoys building relationships with patients and helping create a relaxed, welcoming environment. She works closely with the doctors to ensure each appointment runs smoothly while providing attentive, personalized care every step of the way.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Aaliyah joined the Dental Care of Cerritos team in 2025 as a dental assisting intern and quickly became a valued member of the clinical team through her dedication, eagerness to learn, and compassionate approach to patient care. Her enthusiasm and commitment to growing professionally have made her a wonderful addition to the practice.

With a calm, friendly presence and a genuine desire to help others, Aaliyah works alongside the doctors and clinical team to ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient while continuing to expand her skills and knowledge each day.
